What You’ll Find

More information is coming soon, but RSVP early to claim your spot, as space is limited!

*Lost The Plot is Seattle's only mobile bookstore that focuses on adult fiction by and about underrepresented voices. We'll be there with a carefully curated selection of new & used books, blind dates with a book, and bookish merch.

We will have five authors joining us for this Bookish Bazaar:

  • V.K. Alenko - I live in Tacoma and work in the financial industry by day. When I'm not at work, I can usually be found at home writing, reading or playing video games. Some of my favorite reads come from Stephen King, Tolkien and Kennedy Ryan.

  • Evan J. Peterson - Evan J. Peterson is a game writer, novelist, monsterologist, and poet. His newest RPG is Posthuman: Guardians vs PSION (Choice of Games). His first novel, Better Living Through Alchemy, won the Small Spec Book Award for fantasy fiction. Other works include Drag Star!, the world’s first drag performer RPG; METAFLESH: Poems In the Voices of the Monster; and The Road to Innsmouth: Arkham Horror. His writing has appeared in Weird Tales, PseudoPod, Queers Destroy Horror, and Nightmare Magazine. Evanjpeterson.com can tell you more.

  • Rachel Runya Katz - Rachel Runya Katz (she/they) lives in Seattle with her partner, their cat, and far too many houseplants. She has a PhD in biomedical engineering, which is minimally helpful for this endeavor. She is the USA Today bestselling author of Isn’t It Obvious?, Whenever You’re Ready, and Thank You for Sharing.

  • Lizzie B Brown - Lizzie B Brown is an erotic story teller and queer author of the Holiday Pact duology—a set of Bi4Bi novellas featuring two nerdy best friends who share everything, even a bed. She is known for high heat stories, flawed characters that feel real, and messy drama that readers crave. A resident of the greater Seattle area since 2021, Lizzie lives with her family and two dogs. When she's not writing smutty stories that make her readers swoon, she loves to explore the Pacific Northwest or curl up by the fire place and read.

  • Rebecca A. Demarest - Rebecca A. Demarest (she/her) is an award-winning author, poet, playwright, book designer, and writing instructor living in Seattle, WA with her husband and three muppets. Her work has appeared alongside authors like Cat Rambo, been dramatized for the stage and NPR, and her novels are available at your favorite bookstore. When not being held hostage by words, you can find her at her day job, tending to her indoor jungle, crafting, sewing, playtesting tabletop role playing games, and failing to teach her dogs new tricks. For more information on her work, please visit rebeccademarest.com or follow on BlueSky @writerlybliss‬.
